Attic Insulation

Your Attic Is Probably Your Biggest Problem.

Heat rises. In an under-insulated attic, it keeps going — right through your roof. Attic insulation is the highest-impact upgrade most homes can make, and blown-in cellulose is the right material to do it with.

Signs Your Attic Insulation Is Failing

Second floor is hotter than the first in summer
Heating bills spike every winter despite a working furnace
Ice dams forming along your eaves after snowfall
Rooms near the roof feel drafty or cold
Existing insulation is thin, compressed, or damaged
Home was built before 1980 and has never been upgraded

Why Blown-In Cellulose

We use blown-in cellulose — not fiberglass batts, not spray foam. Cellulose is made from recycled paper fiber treated with borate for fire and pest resistance. It fills every gap, void, and irregular cavity that batts leave behind. It settles less than fiberglass. It performs better in cold climates. And it's the most environmentally responsible insulation material available.

How We Do It

01
01

Assessment

We inspect your attic, measure existing insulation depth, check for air leaks, and identify any issues before we start.

02
02

Air Sealing

Before adding insulation, we seal attic bypasses — top plates, penetrations, recessed lights, and other air leakage points.

03
03

Blown-In Installation

We install blown-in cellulose to the specified depth and R-value, ensuring even coverage across the entire attic floor.

04
04

Verification

We measure final depth at multiple points and document the installed R-value. You receive a written summary.
